No delivery will be made until payment is received, and all shipping and address details are clear and unequivocal.

Orders damaged during shipping should be sent back to New Zealand Birds within 7 days of receiving them. They will be replaced and postage refunded.

Both New Zealand Antique Prints & Books and NZ Birds' Store offer secure payment transactions through Paypal.

We are also able to accept credit cards (Mastercard & Visa). This is not a secure method as of this date (30 Dec. 2006) -- we are working on a secure shopping cart and will notify customers through this page when it is available.

Within New Zealand a personal cheque or a direct bank credit are acceptable methods of payment.

GST may apply to transactions within New Zealand.

Items purchased may be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Postage will not be refunded, unless damage was incurred during shipping.

Please make sure that the goods are returned unused, resaleable or in the condition they were received.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship our products within 3 business days following the receipt of payment.

All our products are shipped from New Zealand via New Zealand Post, the largest and a most reputable New Zealand postal carrier. Items are individually packaged using appropriate materials to best protect your purchase.

Delivery charges include postage (economy air freight) and packaging.
